Factory visits and supplier assessments
Factory visits and supplier assessments
A factory tour is easy to arrange. A useful visit takes preparation. I build the agenda around the claims you need to verify and leave you with a written record of what we saw.

Finalist suppliers, tooling decisions, quality concerns, capacity claims, or a multi-factory sourcing trip.
Before the trip
I review the product, quotations, samples, and unanswered questions. Each visit gets its own agenda so the team doesn’t spend a week watching the same sales presentation.
On the floor
I follow the product from incoming material through packing, ask who performs any off-site process, and check records against what the supplier has said.
After the visit
You’ll get the observed facts, supplier statements, open questions, and actions in writing. These are sourcing assessments, not certified compliance audits. If you need one, I’ll help scope and schedule it with an accredited firm.
