The Sprint works when you have a defined product and a real reason to find another manufacturer. I narrow the field, put the quotes on the same basis, and tell you which factories deserve more time.

What I need to start
Send the specification, expected annual volume, target date, and what isn’t working with the current setup. If the brief is still too loose, I’ll tell you before the search clock starts.
How I narrow the field
I screen out most factories in the first week. Common reasons include planned subcontracting, an order that’s too small for the factory to prioritize, or a refusal to share an original quote.
After the shortlist
You can take the contacts and continue with your team, or I can stay through samples and qualification. Either way, the supplier relationships and search record are yours.

Do you guarantee a supplier?
I guarantee the search and the deliverables. I can’t promise the market will produce a factory that fits an unrealistic cost, volume, or timeline.
Will I speak directly with the factories?
Yes. I don’t hold supplier contacts or original quotes behind the engagement.
Are samples included?
I can start sample coordination when timing allows. Factory charges, freight, testing, and tooling are separate.
Can you compare more than one country?
Yes, when the product and timing support a useful comparison. I won’t add countries simply to make the search look larger.
